Waverly Creek Realty has announced that it will now oversee all real estate sales for Litchfield Plantation in Pawleys Island, S. C. Under this newly-announced agreement, Waverly Creek Realty will market all properties in Litchfield Plantation, including Waverly Creek Estates, the first property released under The Scott Trotter Company’s new master plan for Litchfield Plantation.
