Legacy Place in Litchfield Plantation is a collection of fine homes that celebrate distinctive architectural style of historic homes in Georgetown, SC. The Georgetown Historic District is approximately 10 square blocks and contains numerous homes, which date back to the 1730s. Legacy Place will capture that feeling at a smaller scale and with all the modern conveniences of today’s high quality homes.

Builder: Trotterlanford Construction Company, Inc is a locally owned and operated builder of fine custom residential homes in the Pawleys Island area. Formed in July 2007, its founders have over 20 years experience building in this area.
