Marc Ozburn has worked at Litchfield Plantation since June 2006. In his first year, Marc became one of the leading salesmen at the plantation by selling 43 percent of all property sold. After joining The Litchfield Company as the exclusive Realtor for Litchfield Plantation, he established himself as one of their top three salespeople out of the total 50+ agents. As Director of Sales, Ozburn oversees the sales team and the daily functions of Waverly Creek Realty. He graduated Cum Laude from the College of Charleston, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. A South Carolina native, Marc is familiar with the area having vacationed here with his family all his life. Ozburn resides in Charleston, SC.

Originally a native of Columbia, South Carolina, Robin developed a love for the coastal lifestyle young while vacationing here as a child. Her entrepreneurial spirit and pharmaceutical sales background proved to be a natural fit to real estate sales when she moved to the Waccamaw Neck area. Having worked in general brokerage for three years, Robin comes to Waverly Creek Realty with an established track record and deep knowledge of helping families new to the area find their homes. Hays is a member of both the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. In addition, she serves as a board member on the Waccamaw Elementary PTA and the Intermediate School Improvement Council. In her free time, Robin enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and two boys, William and Julian.

Ron McNatt is a new addition to the sales team at Waverly Creek Realty. Having worked with The Litchfield Company at their Prince Creek office, McNatt has a deep understanding of on-site sales and looks forward to offering his expertise here at Litchfield Plantation. Prior to his career in real estate, McNatt spent 32 years in the food brokerage business through sales, management and ownership. Ron has attained the Accredited Real Estate Professional designation and is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. He lives with his wife, Marilyn, in Pawleys Island. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with his two children and seven grandchildren.
